C O N D I T I O N
New old stock - Beautiful colors + Very bright
No holes,tears or underarm discolorations
Will need a cleaning + The white on the bodice has surface age spots
The elastic on the gathers at the center of the bust has gone soft
The smocking is still stretchy but not as strong as it once was
The 4 rows near the wasitline have lost their stretch
The elastic can be replaced by a seamstress.
