Banded waistline with full skirting, darting front and back.

Skirt is decorated with pink millinery roses and green satin stem.

Rear zipper + Skirt is lined with pink stiffener

Fair vintage condition - As found

No holes or missing flowers

The organdy has shattered along armholes.

A touch of fraying along a shoulder seam.

2 faint tea colored and 3 darker spots along the skirting.

1 tiny pick in the skirt near hem.

Did not launder due to the underarm organdy being compromised. 

May be able to touch up with a fray stop? Or upcycled into a skirt.
