Ruffled bodice with rounded neckline.
Fabric belt with 3/4 length pintucks.
Full skirt with lace trim. 
Rear metal zipper + Only skirt is lined
Made in Mexico 
Note:  I do believe the  dress was dyed black but looks dark grey - trim is black
