Light blue base with small, white polka-dots.
Halter top with gathered bust and tie at the nape.
Yoked midriff with fabric covered button closure and rear stays.
Full swing skirt with basic finished band, metal zipper and hooks with eyes.

C O N D I T I O N 
The top is in nice, gently used condition
No spots, tears or stains
The skirting looks like it had a bleach splash accident. 
Elastic waistband has a little spring, but measures larger than the top.
Possibly can re-purpose the skirt into a different skirt or shorts.
