Nice overall condition
Someone loved her
Resewn one of the string ties (can be redone)
A little bit of fraying along the satin trim at the underarm.
Faint discolorations along the lining and one larger spot photographed (not seen when wearing)
Mend in the shoulder lining - a couple of stitches are visible from the outside. 
One of the ties on the front panel is shorter by 2 inches.
