Ruffles shoulders and fitted waist.
Slightly full skirting with flounced hem.

C O N D I T I O N 
A project - 
Has many loose seams at the midriff and length of skirting.
A job for a experienced seamstress.
1 hole at the thigh, 2 spots + small loose seam at / near the flounce.
Yellow silk lined ruffle sleeves are shattered.
Elastic is soft on the ruffle sleeves.
Some age spots at the shoulder. 
Has not been laundered - Steamed only
