Surplice bodice with accordion pleat ruffled neckline.

Full length, pleated sleeves with loose fit cuff.

Elastic waist with smocking, and box pleated skirting.

Pull over + Snap at the décolleté + Padded shoulders

Still stretchy but might fit a little bigger in the waist than originally intended.
