White base with burgundy roses, grey lilacs and green foliage and hints of brown.

Blouson bodice with wide, ruffle collar and V neckline,

Off-white modesty panel edged in cotton lace.

Padded shoulders and above elbow sleeves with inverted pleat and button accent.

Soft elastic waistline with matching belt.

Pleated A-line skirting with side pockets.

Tea length skirting and button front opening.

Made in the USA

Excellent vintage condition

No holes, tears, stains or fade that I can find.

Belt has creasing to the vinyl lining.

Is marked "Dry Clean" but was dingy from years of storage, so I did a gentle hand wash (cold), laying flat, and hung dry without issue.
